2. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all actions taken using your account. SRMKart shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized use of your account.
3. Service Limitations and External Factors
3.1 Unforeseeable Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, circumstances outside of our control—such as weather conditions (e.g., rain, storms), high demand, or transportation disruptions—may cause delays. By using our Service, you acknowledge that SRMKart is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances. Refunds will not be provided for delayed deliveries resulting from external factors.
